    Beloved wife of the late George Abramsohn. Devoted sister of Helen Zuckerman, the late Leslie Fleisher, the late Dorothy Buten, the late Bernice Kane, and the late Madelyn Cottler.     • Albert "Tab" T. Donohue 1934-2008 Albert "Tab" T. Donohue, 73, Bradenton, Fla., passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Manatee Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 4, 1934 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Alfred and Ina (Carpenter) Donohue. He was united in marriage to Patricia Sharpsteen in Sebewaing on November 5, 1955 with this year having marked their 53rd wedding anniversary. Tab served in the U.S. Army, was employed by the C & O Railroad, co-owned Duffie's Tavern with his wife and had retired from the Sebewaing Light and Water Company. He was active and held may offices for several years with the Michigan License and Beverage Association, Sebewaing Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, Fire Department and the Huron County March of Dimes. He was a member of the American Legion Post 309, Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Loyal Order of Moose in Bradenton, Fla. He had been a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Sebewaing. He had been a Sebewaing resident for many years until his retirement when he moved to Erie, Pa. and in 2003 moved to Bradenton, Fla. to live full time. He is survived by his wife, Patricia, Bradenton, Fla.; one daughter, Rebecca (Tom) VanDyke, Erie, Pa.; one granddaughter, who was "the apple of his eye," Alexys VanDyke, Erie, Pa.; three brothers, Sam Riddlebarger, Sandusky, Oscar Donohue, Grand Blanc and Lloyd Donohue, Sebewaing; two sisters, Betty Browell and Faye Werschky, both of Sebewaing and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Bill, Warren and Paul; two sisters, Florence and Ruth and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place at Brown & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Bradenton, Fla. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Harborcreek Baptist Church, Erie, Pa. with Dr. Donald Roach and pastor David Roach officiating. Floyd was a founding member of the Port Sanilac Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing shuffle board, watching baseball and gardening. Floyd worked as a US Mail Carrier, Auctioneer, Farmer, Truck Driver and a Bus Driver. After his retirement he worked at Jerry's Foodland as a bagger and carryout person. He is survived by one son, Bryce (Delores) Roberts of FL., and two daughters, Margaret (Dan) Thompson of Deckerville and Muriel (Dale) Thayer of CA., one step daughter Arlene (Don) Stone of Canada, and one step-son Robert Bennetts of Port Huron, ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, one brother Merle Roberts of Dearborn, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Winnie Roberts of Sandusky, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son Keith, one granddaughter Diana Roberts, and two brothers, Glenn Roberts and Earl Roberts, and two sisters, Lois Denney and Iva Henry. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Floyd O. Roberts will be Saturday October 11, 2008 at 1:00 PM., in the Deckerville Bible Church, Pastor Robert Thayer will officiate.
