                • BEVERLY J. McCOMB CROSWELL Beverly J. McComb, age 74, entered peacefully into God's arms, Saturday, October 18, 2008, with her son and daughter at her bedside in Dade City. FL. She was born on May 2, 1934 in Croswell, daughter of the late Irvin and Audrey (McNames) Stone. She and Oscar J. McComb were married on May 5, 1951 in Croswell. He died on March 13, 1997. Mrs. McComb was the retired owner and operator of McComb's Superette, Croswell. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary, the Moose Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary. She had been a winter resident of Zephyrhills, Florida for many years. Surviving are her son William (Patti) of Croswell and her daughter Brenda Hill, of Plant City, FL. Five grandchildren: Benjamin J. McComb, C. Rob and Jamie E. Hill, Kristi M. Burdick and Jennifer L. McComb. 7 great grandchildren: Cody J. McComb, Ian C. and Alex H. Burdick, Taylor and Ayden L. McComb, and Danja M. Hill and Emily A. Burdick. One brother Ronald Stone of Huntsville, AL and one sister Geraldine Sutton of Port Huron. Martha was a certified nurse assistant and had worked at Medi-Lodge in Yale for over 13 years. She had also worked for United Hospice in Marlette and recently had been working in home health care. KELLEY CARSONVILLE Faith M. Kelley, age 87, died Thursday, October 23, 2008 in the Port Huron Hospital. She was born April 1, 1921 in Moore Township, daughter of the late Harry L. and Minnie A. (Wendorf) Raduchel. She married Vernon E. Kelley on August 25, 1945 in Snover. Mrs. Kelley retired as office manager at the Sanilac County Health Department after 42 years. She served as Carsonville Village treasurer for 20 years. Faith enjoyed golfing and bowling. Surviving are her husband Vernon, her niece Gloria Palmer of Florida, nephews and nieces Michael (Patti) Wallace, Linda (Dave) Paling and Richard (Georgia) Wallace, all of Carsonville and Jay (Sandy) Wallace of Evart. Her sister-in-law Reva Wallace of Carsonville, several great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law Verna and Melvin Jacobs a brother-in-law Colin Wallace and a great nephew Michael Wallace.
